Sorting is a key factor for effective and high-quality material recycling and recovery.
Ecobulsort invests in modern solutions for mechanical and automated sorting and purification of used packaging, using:
- sieves and vibrating separators
- shredders
- ballistic and optical separators
- magnetic separators for iron and aluminium
- equipment for separating materials by type and color
- presses for compacting sorted packaging
Glass sorting equipment for packaging allows for:
- separation of unwanted impurities: porcelain, ceramics, organic matter, metal, plastic, etc.
- automatic and simultaneous separation of three colors of glass
- obtaining the required size of glass packaging for recycling by crushing and screening (up to 50 mm)
- achieving extremely high purity of the final product 99.995% - less than 50 g of impurities per ton
Sorting plants treat both separately collected and municipal waste. Plastic films PE, PET bottles /white, coloured/, hard plastics PP, HDPE, LDPE, mixed paper, corrugated cardboard PP, glass; ferrous and non-ferrous metals are separated.
