26 500 free notebooks were provided by Ecobulpack and given to disadvantaged children and youths as a part of the initiative “A notebook for every disadvantaged child”.

The campaign started on 15^th of September 2008 and covered more than 2 600 children from 45 children’s institutions throughout Bulgaria.

 

Two types of notebooks were distributed – one for 7 to 12 year old children and the other for teenagers. The notebooks contained instructions on how properly to separate the waste and what were the benefits of separate collection and recycling. In addition the children and youths received a booklet with interesting facts about separate collection.
