Sorting installations

Ecobulpack JSC is the only organization, that places funds in the construction of sorting instalations for wastes, with which it helps for reducing the number of disposal waste in the dung-hills and for clean environment.

At the time the association has working sorting facilities in Sofia, Sliven, Gabrovo, Ruse and Pazardjik. In procedure of construction facilities are in Yambol, Plovdiv, Targovishte, Trebich and Gorna Oryahovica.

The separating, as activity by wastes treatment before their authoritative deactivation, have for purpose to separate the utilizied parts (metals, glass, plastics and paper) from the composition of the provided wastes. It gives opportunity for reducing to 30 percent amounts of disposal waste.

For proecting of separate installations the german attempt was used in constructing and exploiting in such equipments. Facilities are situated on electrified cement landings and are equipt with aspiration system and air conditions. They help for perpetrading the final sorting part of the already accumulated wastes in the containers for separate collecting.

The route of the waste includes three steps :

• preparation and passing of the wastes with the help of band-transporter, sifting the waste by blade-transporter, that leads to separating of hulking fractions with size form 40 to 80 mm;
• The main centre is the transportation band, over which the waste is spreading and is separating as well as fractions and components (glass, plastic, metal and paper);
• The sorter waste is pressing by specialized presses, then pack in bales, and so the formed bales are transporting to the recycle factory. The biological waste and other waste, not liable on recycling, been transporting to the dunghill;

The separating factories are supplied with help machines and facilities, needed for their functioning.
